Equipment
Players provide all of their own equipment including:
- Helmet (MUST be RED)
- Goalies must have a throat guard
- Mouthguard (CANNOT be clear or white)
- Shoulder Pads
- Elbow Pads
- Gloves
- Cross
- Protective Cup
- a MUST for goalies, but highly recommended for all players
- Cleats
- Any under garmets (moisture shirts or compression shorts should be BLACK)
