Other fundraising opportunities available
Practice:
Usually starts last week of February or first week of March
Practices are Monday through Friday after school, and possibly Saturday mornings
Indoor practice some or all of the first few weeks (most likely in Naperville)
Outdoor practice held at Madison Jr. High after school from 4:30 to 6:30 pm
Players must arrange for transportation to and from practices
(with parents or players who drive to school)
Season:
Majority of season runs from first week of April through mid-May
Games are usually during the week (usually a 5:00 pm start)
Tournaments are during the weekends and are in western suburbs
Home games:
Played at Madison Jr. High School (south and east of Naper Blvd and Bailey Road)
Possibly some games at Benedictine University (in Lisle) for each level
Transportation:
Players must arrange for their own transportation to and from practices and home
games (with parents or players who drive to school)
Buses are provided for all weekday away games for Frosh and JV. Location of away
field will determine if a bus is provided for Varsity (Benedictine, Nike, All Saints, and
Commissioner's Park fields are close enough to allow players to drive themselves
to away games).
Buses will not be provided for weekend tournaments held in the Chicago suburbs.
It is assumed that most parents will attend the games and can provide
transportation for their son or arrange to carpool with another player or family.
